User-group events

Procentia has an independently run user group which holds an annual conference.  All clients are welcome to join the user group and attend the conference. The company uses the conference to update clients on the latest developments in its software and to get feedback on how any new legislation should be catered for.

The next conference is scheduled for 30th April 2020 and is to be hosted by Siemens at their Frimley, Surrey offices.

Procentia also arranges working group meetings with the user group, as needed throughout the year.  Recent working groups have discussed their requirements for Management Information reporting out of IntelliPen and GMP equalisation.



Training

We recognise the many different roles amongst IntelliPen users. Whether you are an administrator, manager, pensioner payroll or accounting expert, IT support engineer, or a specialist in calculations, reporting or workflow set-up, we will provide focussed training to help you develop your IntelliPen skills and experience. Course synopses and details of upcoming course dates can be found by logging into our knowledgebase.

Our training suite in Bristol is designed to provide a supportive and quiet environment for you to absorb and practice new-found IntelliPen skills. We look forward to welcoming you.

User Support

IntelliPen users have online access to knowledgebase resources and to issue notification and tracking facilities at all times. Users can also contact us in person by telephone and email for technical support.

We encourage users to join the IntelliPen online community. This is a forum in which clients can share best practice and discuss technical issues via the web. We also operate an online help desk, so that users can be kept fully up to date with technical issues.
