IntelliPen users have online access to knowledgebase resources and to issue notification and tracking facilities at all times. Users can also contact us in person by telephone and email for technical support.
We encourage users to join the IntelliPen online community. This is a forum in which clients can share best practice and discuss technical issues via the web. We also operate an online help desk, so that users can be kept fully up to date with technical issues.

As an IntelliPen user, you receive full training in everything from frontline administration to advanced system configuration. Training programmes are fully client-specific and tailored to your requirements.
Before training takes place, we evaluate your needs to ensure that every aspect is covered. Wherever possible, training is based upon a copy of your own data and system configuration, so that the knowledge and experience you gain can be put into effect as soon as you return to the workplace.
Our programmes are delivered by experienced software trainers with a thorough knowledge of our products. Sessions can be arranged at clients’ own sites or run from the fully-equipped training suite at our Bristol headquarters.
Procentia holds an annual User Group conference to which all clients are welcome to attend. The company uses the conference to update clients on the latest developments in its software and to get feedback on how any new legislation should be catered for.
The last conference was held in Bristol at the Procentia offices in May 2016. The next conference is expected to be in November 2017.
